HomeMy WebLinkAbout06-051 CITY ©F LAKEVILLE • TION NO. 06-51 RESOLU RESOLUTI©N AWARDING CQNTRACT FOR SPYGLASS, CHADWICK AND PRAIRIE LAKE PARK IMPROVEMENTS -CITY IMPROVEMENT PRQJECT 06=09 WHEREAS, as part of the CIP :(Park Dedication Fund) the Parks and Recreation Department plans to complete park improvements to Spyglass, Chadwick and Prairie Lake Parks; and WHEREAS, :plans and specifications were created by HYPO and'bids were opened on May 3, 2006; and WHEREAS,-city tall and HYPO have completed a detailed review of the bid submittals. NUW, THEREfQRE, BE'iT RESOLVED. that staff and HYPO are recommending that the City Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign an agreement with Barber Construction Co., Inc. far park improvements at Spyglass, Chadwick and Prairie Lake Parks in the amount of $385,139.00.
