AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 11 OF THE CITY CODE
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE Of THE
CITY OF LAkEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAFNS:
Section 1. Title 11 of the City Code is hereby amended to rezone the foNowing
described property located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota:
Lots f -1 Q, Block 3; Lots 1 and 2, Block 4; Lot 1, Block 5; Lots 1-8, Block 6; Lots 1-5,
.Block 7; Lots 1-8, Block 8; Lots 1 and 2, Block 10; and Outlots D, E, F, H, I, J, K, L,
Q, and R of the Prairie Lake preliminary plat from RS-1, Single Family .Residential
.District and RM-1, .Medium. Density Residential District to FtS-2, Single Family
Residential District.
Lots 1-26, Block 9 and Outtot S of the Prairie Lake .preliminary plat from RS-1,
Single Family Residential District to RST-2, Single and Two Family Residential
District.
Outlot X of the Prairie Lake preliminary plat from. RM-1, Medium Density Residential
District to O-R, Office/Residential' Transition District.
Section 2. The zoning map of the. City of Lakeville .shall not be republished to show the
aforesaid rezoning, abut the City Clerk hall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in
the City Clerk's. office. for the purpose of indicating. the rezoning hereinabove provided
for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown.
thereon. are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall. be effective upon its passage, publication, the
recording of the Prairie Lake finalplat, and the Metropolitan Council's authorization to
implement the. Comprehensive Land Use Plan .amendment for the above described
property.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 19th day of August, 2002.

dential District to RS -2, Single Family
Residential District

Single Family Residential District to RST -
2, Single and Two Family Residential
District.
Outlot X of the Prairie Lake preliminary
plat from RM -1, Medium Density Resi-

Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this
