CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 11 OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE,
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Title 11 of the Lakeville City Code is hereby amended to rezone from. C-3, General
Commercial District and RM-1, Medium Density Residential. District to PUD, Planned Unit
Development District the following described property located within the City of Lakeville,
Dakota County, Minnesota:
Lots 1-2, Block 5; Lots 1-9, Block 6; and Lot 1, Block 7 of the Crossroads
Preliminary Plat.
Section. 2. The zoning district requirements for the C-3, .General. Commercial :District apply to
Lots 1-2, .Block 5 and. Lots: 1`-8, Block 6; the zoning district:.requirements-for the RH-2, Multiple
Family Residential District apply to Lot 9, Block 6; and the zoning district requirements of the
RM-1, Medium Density Residential District apply to Lot 1, Block 7, except for the deviations
approved as part of the .Crossroads. preliminary and final plat/fnal staged planned unit
development and the plans, exhibits,. and reports referred to in or attached to the Development
Contract. In addition, the following shall apply:
• Wine, as defined in Minn. Stat. § 340A.101 (2000), may not be sold off-sale within
the plat boundaries except by the City of Lakeville unless:. (1) a grocery store
outside the plat in the City of .Lakeville legally sells wine, or (2) the City of Lakeville
ceases operation of its municipal liquor stores for a period of one (1) year.
• Crossroads Architectural Standards.
Section 3. Title 11 of the Lakev'rtle City Code is also hereby amended to rezone from RS-2,
Single Family Residential to RS-3, Single Family. Residential the following described property
located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota:
Lots 9-10, Block 10; Lots 1-5, Block 11; Lots 1-4, Block 15; and Lots 1-2, Block 16
of the Crossroads Preliminary Plat.
Section 4. The zoning map of .the City of Lakeville shall .not be republished to show. the
aforesaid rezonings, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the
City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this
Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby
incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance.

Section 5. This ordinance shall be effective upon the recording of the Crossroads final plat.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 4'h day of November 2002.

OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
