2. Roll call of members.
3. Approval of the minutes of the May 16,1991 Planning Commission meeting.
4. Public hearing to consider the application of Independent School District
194 for a minor. comprehensive plan amendment to include property in the
Year 2000 Urban Service Area as it relates to public school facilities and
buildings on land located on the west side of Dodd Boulevard, south of
.192nd Street.
5. Public hearing to consider the application of Kurt and Kenneth Larson for
the preliminary and final plat and planned unit development of four
townhouse lots to be known as Larson's Townhome Addition and for a rezoning.
from R-2, Single Family Residential District, to R-5, Single and Two
Family, Medium Density Residential District on land located on the south
side of 208th Street, east of Holiday Avenue.
6. Public hearing to consider the application of Jeff Belzer for a planned
unit development-conditional use permit amendment related to a car
dealership business expansion on land located in the southwest corner of
T.H. 50 and Cedar Avenue.
7. Unfinished business.

9. Announcements:
L The City Council meeting at which the above items may be heard will be
June 17,1991.
2. The next Planning Commission meeting will be held June 20,1991.
