Section 10-4-8(J) ,of the :Lakeville City Cade is amended to read as follows`- J. In lieu of land dedication the City may require the following cash contribution: Commercial $5,400 per acre Industrial $3,204 peracre Single-family dwelling units $2,000 per dwelling unit Multi-family dwelling units $1,714 per dwelling unit SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective .immediately upon its passage and publication. ADOPTED this 17"' day of March, 20D3, by the City Counci of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota. Section 10-4-8(1) of the Lakeville City Code is amended to read as follows: J. In lieu of land dedication the City may require the following cash contribution: Commercial $5,400 per acre Industrial $3,200 per acre Single-family dwelling units $2,000 per dwelling unit Multi -family dwelling units $1,714 per dwelling unit SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 2003, by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota.
