HomeMy WebLinkAbout0682 ORDINANCE NO. 6s2 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA, COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 6, CHARTER 1 OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING PARKING RESTRICTIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: SECTION 1, Section 6-1-1-3(B) of the Lakeville City Code is amended to read: B. No owner of a motor vehicle, trailer, boat, snowmobile,. or seasonal vehicle shall leave, park, or permit the same to-stand on a street or alley between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. between i November and 1 April of the following year, or at any other time when the National Weather Service forecast accumulation is two (2) or more inches of snow until the street or alley has been plowed. Residences without an established driveway, to include new construction, are exempt from winter parking restrictions. SECTION 2. This- ordinance shall be effective on October 1, 2001 .following its passage and publication. ADOPTED this 18th day of December , .2000, by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota.
