City of Lakeville to be used for National Night ©ut; and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the governing body. NOW, THEREFt)RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville that the. donation of $78.04 from AAA is hereby accepted; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Cit of Lakeville sincere) thanks Y Y AAA fore its generous donafron.
