U.S. Federal Credit Union has offered to donate miscellaneous door prizes, such as fleece blankets, Happenings books, soup mugs, tape. measures and levels, ship clips and a golf outing kit for a value of $895.00 to the City of Lakeville to be used for National Night Out; and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property be accepted only with the adopti©n of a resolution of the governing body. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville that the donation of $895.00 from U.S. Federal Credit Union is hereby accepted; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that th City of Lakeville sincerely thanks U.S. Federal Credit Union for its generous donation.
