HomeMy WebLinkAbout05-159 CITY LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Datg October 3, 2005 RESOiUtIOn NO. 05-159 Motion by Bell©ws Seconded by ' Luiek RESOLUTION AMENDING MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE LAKEVILLE AREA ARTS CENTER ADVISORY BOARD WHEREAS, there is hereby established a Lakeville Area Arts Center Board in the City of Lakeville to advise the City Council on matters pertaining to the promotion, development and accessibility of the arts for all its citizens and to create. an environment for artistic excellence; and WHEREAS, the purpose of the Lakeville Area Arts Genter Board is to provide for acommunity-gathering place that fosters creative expression and provides a myriad° of artistic and educational opportunities for people of all. ages; and WHEREAS, the Board shall hold a regular quarterly. meetings}: Special meetings maybe held at the call of the Chairperson of the Board. The regular meeting in January of each. year shall serve as the organizational meeting of the Board. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of LakeviNe hereby amends the meeting schedule of the Lakeville Area Arts Center Advisory Board from monthly to quarterly meetings.
