AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 11 OF THE
LAKEVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING AMENDMENTS
TO THE CITY'S ZONING ORDINANCE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 11-3-3, paragraph L of the Lakeville City Code is amended
to read:
L. Approval of an amendment shall. require a majority vote of all members of
the City Council. Amendments which change all or part of the existing
classification of a zoning district from residential to either commercial or
industrial require atwo-thirds (2/3) majority vote of all members of the City
Council.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
ADOPTED this 6th day of August , 2001, by the City Council
of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: .
