HomeMy WebLinkAbout05-132 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY MINNESOTA DATE• September 6, 2©05 RESOLUTION NO' 05-132 MOTION BY: Wulff SECONDED BY; Bellows RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PLACEMENT OF AN ALL WAY STOP CONTROL AT THE INTERSECTION OF KINGSWAY PATH, LAMAR LANE, AND LAMAR COURT WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Lakeville, in accordance with Minnesota State Statue, is authorized to designate and place trafFc con#rol devices on city roads for the purpose of regulating traffic, and WHEREAS, the intersection meets the minimum warrants for installation of an all way stop control as established in the Residential Street All-Way Stop Control Policy and the Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. NOW, THEREFORE, $E IT RESOLVED, that an all way stop control be placed at the intersection of Kingsway Path, Lamar Lane, and Lamar Court and that the intersection be appropriately marked as an all way stop. • APPROVED AND ADOPTED this Stn da of Se tember 2005 b the Ci Y p ~ Y tY Council of the City of Lakeville.
