HomeMy WebLinkAbout0679 ORDINANCE NO. 679 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA, COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 2, CHAPTER 1 OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING PLANNING COMMISSION ORGANIZATION AND PROCEDURES. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2-1-4(A)(1) of the Lakeville City. Code is amended to read as follows: 1. At the. first meeting of the. year, the Planning Commission shall elect a chairperson whose election must receive the confirmation of the City Council No Planning Commission member shall serve more .than three (3) consecutive years as chairperson.
