RESOLUTION APPROVING. AGREEMENT WITH
HARLAN J. MILLER AND NANCY L. MILLER
FOR GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENT
• APPALOOSA FARMS SEWER AND WATER
CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 04-10
WHEREAS, the Appaloosa Farms Sewer and Water project requires the
acquisition of a permanent easement from Harlan J. Miller and Nancy L. Miller in order
to extend Iteri Court into the Paradise Hills subdivision; and
WHEREAS, as compensation for a Grant of Permanent. Easement, the City has
agreed to give the Millers one credit for sanitary sewer and watermain unit charges; and
WHEREAS, a Grant of Permanent .Easement was signed by the Millers on
September 6, 2005;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that, as and. for compensation for the
Grant of Permanent Easement, the City of Lakeville shall give one credit to Harlan J.
Miller and Nancy L. Miller, consisting of the watermain unit .charge in the amount. of
$3,052.00 and.. the City sanitary unit charge in the amount of $673.00.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th ..day of December, 2005.
