AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7, CHAPTER 5
OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING
WATER METER REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION L Section 7-5-4-4 of the Lakeville City Code. is amended by adding
subparagraph E to read as follows:
E. All water meters shall be sized in accordance with Minnesota Rules § 4715.3800
Recommended Guide for Sizing Water Supply Systems except that the minimum
size of a water meter. for a townhouse with two or fewer bathrooms shall be 5/8
inch.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED this 20th .day of March , 2000, by the. City Council of the
City of Lakeville, Minnesota.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7,
CHAPTER 5 OF THE LAKEVILLE
CITY CODE CONCERNING

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION I. Section 7-54-4 of the Lakeville
City Code is amended by adding subparagraph
E to read as follows:
E. All water meters shall be sized in accor-
dance with Minnesota Rules § 4715.3800
