HomeMy WebLinkAbout0666 ORDINANCE NO. 666 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA, COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7, CHAPTER 13 OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING THE SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 7-13-3(A) of the Lakeville .City Code is amended to read as follows: A. The utility factors for various land uses are as follows: Classification Land Use Utility Factor I Single-family residential 1.0 2 Agricultural with a homestead 1.0 3 Duplex .50 4 Manufactured homes .25 5 Townhomes .50 6 Apartments .25 7 CommerciaUindustrial 4.2 8 Church, school, institutions 4.2 9 Golf course 4.2 10 Parking lots as a principal use 4.2 SECTION 2. Section 7-13-5 of the Lakeville City Code is amended to read as follows: 7-13-5: EXEMPTIONS:. The following land uses are exempt from the surface water management fee: Cemeteries Gravel pits Railroads Undeveloped land Agricultural without a home Street and highway right of way 85168.03 1 RNK:03/10/00 SECTION 3.
