OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Background,: On September 7, 1999 the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 659, an interim ordinance temporarily prohibiting approval of certain residential development. The .City is in the process of adopting a new zoning ordinance. The City. has conducted numerous community meetings regarding .the ordinance and has received substantial input. The City needs. additional .time to properly consider. the input it has received, conduct a formal public hearing, and adopt the new zoning ordinance. SECTION 2. Temporary. Prohibition.. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 659 is amended by adding the following subparagraphs: (6) Replatting outlots together with up to one-half acre of contiguous property outside .the outlot. (7) Paradise Hills 2nd Addition to accommodate the .construction of a 12-inch trunk watermain in accordance with the Ipava Avenue improvement project right-of--way acquisition agreement.. SECTION 3. "Duration. Ordinance No. 659 shallremain in effect until July 17, 2000 or until such earlier time as said ordinance shall be revoked or otherwise amended. SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its. passage and publication. .ADOPTED. this: 17th day of April, 2000, by the .City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota.
