donate $100.00 to the Lakeville Police Department in recognition of their program
"Refer a friend. Build your community. "TM, to be used for the purchase of crime
prevention materials; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of
real or personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the
governing body.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lakeville that the donation of $100.00 from Residential Mortgage Group is hereby
accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lakeville sincerely thanks
Residential Mortgage Group for this generous donation.
