AN. ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 4
OF THE CITY CODE, THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE,
CONCERNING PARK DEDICATION. REQUIREMENTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1 Section 10-4-8(J) of the Lakeville City Code is amended to read as
follows:.
J. In lieu of land dedication the City may require the following. cash contribution:
Commercial/Industrial 5% of current market value of the
unimproved land as determined
by the County Assessor
Multi-family dwelling units $1,500 per dwelling unit
Single-family dwelling units $1,500 per dwelling unit
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective on July 14, 2000.
ADOPTED this 15th day of May , 2000, by the City Council of the
City of Lakeville, Minnesota.

QUIREMENTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 10-4-8(J) of the
Lakeville City Code is amended to read as fol-
lows:
