HomeMy WebLinkAbout0670 ORDINANCE NO. 6~0 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167 BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS: Section 1. Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from PUD, Planned Unit Development District and R-2, Single Family Residential District. to R-2, Single Family Residential District, R-7, High Density Residential District, and B-C, Business Campus District the following described property located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota: Lots 1 and 2 and Outlots A and B, Lakeway Park The property is hereby rezoned as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, Lakeway Park - R-2, Single Family Residential District Lot 2, Block 1, Lakeway Park - B-C, Business Campus District Outlot A, Lakeway Park - R-7, High Density Residential District Outlot B, Lakeway Park - R-2, Single Family Residential District Section 2. The zoning. map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the City Clerk's office for the: purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Section 3. This. ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, publication, and the recording of the final plat of Lakeway Park. Adopted by the Lakeville. City Council this 15th day of May, 2000.
