Public Hearing to consider the application of Aggregate Industries, Inc. for an
amendment to the Nordic Square Planned Unit Development (PUD) and McNamara
Contracting, Inc. to allow the continuation of sand and gravel mining and processing,
and asphalt production operations until December 31, 2013, located south of 160
Street (CSAH 46) and east of Pilot Knob Road (CSAH 31).
