AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS: '
Section 1. Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-2, Single Family
Residential District to R-2A, Single. Family Residential District the following described
property located within the City. of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota:
Lot 1, Block 3, Harris Acres Third
Lots ?-7, Block 4, Harris Acres Third
Lot 1-28, Block 5, Harris Acres Third
Lot 1-10, Block 6, Harris Acres Third
Outlot A, Harris Acres Third
Section 2. The zoning rnap of the City of Lakeville shall. not be republished to show the
aforesaid rezoning, but the City Glerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in
the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided
for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown
thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, publication, and the
recording of the final plat of Harris Acres Third.
Adopted by the. Lakeville City Council this 7th day of June, 1999.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 167 is hereby
amended to rezone from R-2, Single Family Residen-
tial District to R -2A, Single Family Residential Dis-
trict the following described property located within
the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota:
Lot 1, Block 3, Harris Acres Third
Lots 1-7, Block 4, Harris Acres Third
Lots 1-28, Block 5, Harris Acres Third
Lots 1-10, Block 6, Harris Acres Third
Outlot A, Harris Acres Third
SECTION 2: The zoning map of the City of
Lakeville shall not be republished to show the
aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appro-

Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the re-
zoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance,
