CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS: ' Section 1. Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-2, Single Family Residential District to R-2A, Single. Family Residential District the following described property located within the City. of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota: Lot 1, Block 3, Harris Acres Third Lots ?-7, Block 4, Harris Acres Third Lot 1-28, Block 5, Harris Acres Third Lot 1-10, Block 6, Harris Acres Third Outlot A, Harris Acres Third Section 2. The zoning rnap of the City of Lakeville shall. not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Glerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, publication, and the recording of the final plat of Harris Acres Third. Adopted by the. Lakeville City Council this 7th day of June, 1999.
