Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from I-2, General Industrial District to I-1, Limited Industrial District the. following described .land located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota: That part of the NE '/4 of the NW of Section. 33, Township 114, Range 20, lying southerly of State Highway No. 50, (now County State Aid Highway No. 50), westerly of AIRLAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK FIRST ADDITION and northerly of AIRLAKE INDUSTRIAL .PARK SECOND ADDITION and. northerly of GRIST MILL SECOND ADDITION, all in Dakota County, Minnesota, according to the recorded platsthereof. AND Lot 1 and 2, Block 4, AIRLAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK 1ST ADDITION, Dakota County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, except the east 264.00 feet of said Lot 2. Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk. shall appropriately mark the. zoning map on file in the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of .this Ordinance. Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, publication, and recording. Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 16th day of August, 1999.
