AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 8
OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING
MIXED MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE AND
RECYCLABLES COLLECTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVII.,LE, M1IVNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 3-8-6B of the Lakeville City Code is amended to read:
Limitation. No more than six (6) licenses to engage in the business of collecting
mixed Municipal solid waste or recyclable material may be in force at any one
time, except ..that all :persons licensed by the City on September 7, 1999,. and
.continuously thereafter may be relicensed and licenses shall be allocated first to
such persons.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED this 7th day of September , 1999, by the City Council of the
City of Lakeville, Minnesota.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA OR-
DAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 3-8-6B of the
Lakeville City Code is amended to read:
