AN ORDINANCE AMENDFNG ORDINANCE NO. 167
.BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:-
Section 1. Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-2, Single Family
Residential District to R-2A, Single Family Residential District the following described
property located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota:
That part of the. West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 114, Range 20,
lying and being South of the Hastings and Dakota Railroad right-of-way.
AND
All that part of the abandoned right-of-way of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul, and Pacific.
Railroad in the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 114, Range 20,
lying Southerly of the centerline of said railroad as shown in Dakota County Recorder's
Document Na. 570089.
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the
aforesaid .rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in
the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided
for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown
thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, publication, and the
recording of the final plat of Marion Fields Second Addition.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 7th day of September, 1999.
