1. Call to order.
2. Roll call of members.
3. Approval of the April 20, 1989 Planning Commission meeting minutes.
4. Public hearing to consider the application of Brandt Engineering and
Surveying for the preliminary plat of 49 single family lots to be
known. as Raven Lake, a rezoning to R2 and a minor comprehensive plan
amendment to bring the area into the 1990 Urban Service Area.
5. Public hearing to consider the application of Eldon Fossum for a
preliminary plat of 17 single family lots to be known as Marion
Hills 2nd Addition and a minor comprehensive plan amendment to bring
the area into the 1990 Urban Service Area.
6. Consideration of the final plat of Lake Marion Estates 2nd Addition.
7. Public hearing to consider the. application of the City of Lakeville
for a text amendment to the City Zoning Ordinance 4167, Section 35,
36, 37,.38 and 39 to allow a public or private educational institu-
tion limited to pre-school, latch key and adult education in B-1,
B-2, B-3, B-4 and CBD-C Districts by conditional use permit.
8. Public hearing to_consider the application of Independent School
District 194 fora conditional use permit. to operate a pre-school
latch key and adult education facility.
9. Consideration of a sign plan amendment for McStop Convenience
Center.
10. Public hearing to consider .the application of James Development
Company for the preliminary plat of 23 single family lots to be
known as Kingsley Cove and a minor comprehensive plan amendment to
include the area in the 1990 Urban Service Area.
11. Public hearing to consider the application of Wensmann Realty for
the preliminary plat of 107 single family lots to be known as Royal
Woods and a minor comprehensive plan amendment to include the area
in the 1990 Urban Service Area.
12. Public hearing to consider the application of Highview Associates,
.Inc. for the .preliminary plat of 69 single-family lots to be known
as Cherry Ridge Estates aid a minor comprehensive plan amendment to
include the .area iri `the• 1990 Urban Service Area.

13. Continued public hearing to consider the application of North Creek
Company for a conditional use permit for a mobile home park and a
minor comprehensive plan amendment to .include the area in the 1990
Urban Service Area.
