1. Call to order.
2. Roll call of members.
3. Approval of the minutes of the May 4, 1989 Planning Commission
meeting.
4. Continued public hearing to consider the application of Brandt
Engineering and Surveying for the preliminary plat of 49 single
family lots to be known as Raven Lake and a minor comprehensive
plan amendment to bring the area into the 1990 Urban Service. Area.
5. Continued public hearing to consider the application of North Creek
Company for a conditional use permit for a mobile home park and a
minor comprehensive plan amendment to include the area in the 1990
Urban Service Area.
6. Continued public hearing to consider the application of Eldon
Fossum for a preliminary plat of 17 single family lots to be known
as Marion Hills 2nd Addition and a minor comprehensive plan amend-
ment to bring the area into the 1990 Urban Service Area.
7. Public hearing to consider the application of William D. Jackson
for a rezoning from B-4 to P.U.D.
8. Public hearing to consider the application of Paul E. Szurek for a
variance for lot area.
9. Consideration of the final plat of Lake Marion Estates 3rd
Addition.
10. Continued public hearing to consider the application of James
Development Company for the preliminary plat of 23 single family
lots to be known as Kingsley Cove and a minor comprehensive plan
amendment to include the area in the 1990 Urban Service Area.
11. Continued public hearing to consider the application of Wensmann
Realty for the preliminary plat of 107 single family lots to be
known as Royal Woods and a minor comprehensive plan amendment to
include the area in the 1990 Urban Service Area.
12. Continued public hearing to consider the application of Highview
Associates, Inc. for the preliminary plat of 69 single family lots
to be known as Cherry Ridge Estates and a minor comprehensive plan
amendment to include the area in the 1990 Urban Service Area.

13. Public hearing to consider the application of Render Development,
Inc. for a preliminary plat of 72 single family lots to be known as
Kenwood Oaks and a variance for building setback from Lee Lake.
14. Consideration of the PUD final plat of Lakeway Park.
15. Other business.
