Public hearing to consider the application of Eldon Fossum for a variance for cul-de-sac length greater than 500 feet (Section 10-4-3B of the Subdivision Ordinance) in the Marion Hills 2nd Addition preliminary plat. 5. Public hearing to consider the application of Highview Associates, Inc. for a variance for cul-de-sac length greater than 500 feet (Section 10-4-3B of the Subdivision Ordinance) in the Cherry Ridge Estates preliminary plat. 6. Public hearing to consider the application of James Development Company for a variance for cul-de-sac length greater than 500 feet (Section 10-4-3B of the Subdivision Ordinance), sideyard setback of less than 20 feet for a lot which abuts Kingsley Lake (Section 47.5 of the Zoning Ordinance) and side yard setback of less than 20 feet for a tennis court as an accessory use on a corner lot (Section 2.7.5 of the Zoning Ordinance) in the Kingsley Cove preliminary plat. 7. Consideration of the final plat of Cherry Highlands 2nd Addition. 8. Public hearing to consider the application of Glenn Olson for a conditional use permit to build an accessory building. 9. Public hearing to consider the application of Gary Lynn Peterson for an amended conditional use permit for a car wash addition. 10. Public hearing to consider the application of Progress Land Company, Inc. for a preliminary plat of 154 single family lots to be known as Meadow Brook. 11. Other business. 12. Adjourn.
