1. Call to order.
2. Roll call of members.
3. Approval of the August 17, 1989 Planning Commission meeting
minutes.
4. Consideration of the final plat of Shady Oak Shores 2nd Addition.
5. Public hearing to consider the application of Charlene Abraham for
a special home occupation permit to allow a beauty shop at 6700
lb9th St. W.
6. Public hearing to consider the application of Elfering Construc-
tion, Inc. for a variance to the minimum unit lot area requirement
of 7,500 square feet for a two family dwelling (Section 11.11 of the
Zoning Ordinance) to allow a lot split at 16130 & 16132 Joplin Way.
7. Public hearing to consider the application of the Farmers Union
Coop Oil Association for a variance to the front yard setback
requirement of 30 feet in a B-4, General Business, Zoning District
(Section 38.5 of the Zoning Ordinance) to allow a gasoline pump
island canopy located at 9290 202nd St. W.
8. Public hearing to consider the application of the Dakota County
H.R.A. for the vacation of 208th Street West.
9. Public hearing to consider the application of the City of Lakeville
for an amendment to Section 31.5 of the Zoning. Ordinance concerning
minimum lot area in an R-6 Zoning District.
10. Public hearing to consider the application of the City of _
Lakeville for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance concerning the
parking of vehicles for sale.
11. Consideration of the extension of Conditional Use Permit No. 88-08
for an off site parking lot located at 20770 Holt Avenue, for
Enggren's Inc.
12. Reconsider the application of the City of Lakeville for an
amendment to Ordinance No. 167, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Lakeville, Section 9.15.5 as it relates to the location of air
conditioning units in residential districts.
13. Appointment of a Vice Chairperson for the remainder of 1989.
14. Other business.
