Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-2, Single Family Residential District and R-5, Single and 'Two Family, Medium Density Residential District to R-3, High Density Single Family Residential District the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota: The east 122.27 feet of Lot A, Yung Addition,i Dakota County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record, in Ithe office of the County Recorder, Dakota County, Minnesota. Also: That part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 29, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 29: thence North 00 degrees 04 minutes 17 seconds East, assumed bearing,. on the east line of the SE 1/4 of said Section a distance of 547.62 feet to the former southerly right-of-way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific, Railroad and the point of beginning; thence North 73 degrees 52 minutes 24 seconds West along the said former southerly right-of-way line a distance of 1.56.65 feet to the intersection with the southerly extension of the west tine of the east 127;27 feet of said Lot A, Yung Addition; thence North 00 degrees 23 minutes 47 seconds West on the said southerly extension 104.31 feet to the former northerly right-af-way line of said railroad, said point being on the southerly line of said Lot A, Yung addition; thence South 73 degree 52 minutes 24 seconds East on the said former nortF~'erly right-of-way line and the southerly line of said Lot A a distance of 157.54 feet to the east line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 29; thence South 00 degrees 04 minutes I~~17 seconds West on the said east Hne a distance of 104.06 feet to the point of beginning. The zoning map of the City ofl Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon. are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, publication, and the recording of the Park Terrace 4~' Addition, final plat.
