Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-2, Single Family Residential District to R-2A, Single Farr~'ily Residential District the following described land located within the City of Lakev(le,'i Dakota County, Minnesota: That part of the East one half of the Southwest quarter (E %Z of SW %4) of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township One Hundred Fourteen (114!), Range Twenty (20), lying South of Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railroad right-of-way, Dakota County, Minnesota except that part thereof described as follows: That part of the East half of the Southwest. quarter (E'h of SW'/.) of Section Twenty>nine (29), Township One Hundred fourteen (114), Range Twenty (20), lying South of Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railroad right-off-way, Dakota County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter (SE %4 of SW of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township One Hundred Fourteen (114), Range Twenty (20), thence South, along said West line of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter (SE of SW ~ distance of 135 feet, thence East 267 feet, thence North parallel with the West line of said East half of the Southwest quarter (E %Z of SW %4) to the South line of said Railroadl, right-of-way, thence Northwesterly along said Railroad right-of-way to the West tine of the East half of the Southwest quarter (E'h of SW of said Section Twenty-Nine (29)', thence South along said West line to the point of beginning. Section 2. The zoning. map of the. City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and. made a part of #his Ordinance. Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, publication, and the recording of the final plat for the above described property.
