Lieutenant Colonel Barb O'Reilly, Chief of Deployment Cycle Support, Minnesota
National Guard, will present the State of Minnesota proclamation from Governor
Pawlenty which designates Lakeville as a Yellow Ribbon City. Sgt. Andy Bohlen and
Communications Manager Sue Palm will receive the award on behalf of the Lakeville
Yellow Ribbon organization.
