RESOLUTION NO. 10 -70
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM
RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE GROUP, INC.
WHEREAS, Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. has offered to donate $100.00 to
the City of Lakeville Fire Department on behalf of Alan and Julie Ann McEntee for the
purchase of fire prevention materials; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real
or personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the governing
body.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lakeville that the donation of $100.00 from Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. is hereby
accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lakeville sincerely thanks
Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. and Alan and Julie Ann McEntee for their generous
donation.
