FOR PARCELS 22-11850-202-00 & 22-11850-210-00
WHEREAS, the parcels listed below have existing and deferred special assessments for
City Project 84-2 I-35/50 Improvements,

WHEREAS, the City has acquired these parcels for the CSAH 50 Interim Improvement
project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lakeville,
Minnesota that the special assessment levy number 308, in the amount of $1,400.02 for parcel
number 22-11850-202-00 and special: assessment levy number 310, in the amount of .$941.78 for
parcel number 22-11850-202-00 and special assessment levy number 309, in the. amount of
$16,804.80 for parcel number 22-11850-210-00 and special .assessment levy number 311, in the
amount of $3,859.20 for parcel number 22-11850-210-00, are hereby abated.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota, on the 3rd day of
May, 2004.
