ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows: Suction 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-A, Single Family-Agricultural Residential District and R-2, Single Family Residential District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District on the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota: tSEE EXHIBIT A) Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the .notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an ordinance this 2nd day of September, 1997. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R -A, Single Family -Agri- cultural Residential District and R-2, Single Family Residential District to PUD, Planned Unit Develop- ment District on the following described land lo- cated within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota: That part of the Northwest Quarter of Sec- tion 10, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of Outlot E, CEDAR HIGH- LANDS 5TH ADDITION, according to the re- corded plat thereof; thence South 89 degrees 26 minutes 07 seconds East, assumed bearing along the south line of said Outlot E and along a tangential curve which is concave to the south- west, radius of 350,00 feet, central angle of 29 degrees 51 minutes 06 seconds, 182.35 feet; thence North 53 degrees 06 minutes 17 seconds East along the southerly line of said Outlot E and its southwesterly extension, 710.61 feet; thence southeasterly along a non-tangential curve which is concave to the southwest, radius of 334.32 feet, central angle of 24 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds, chord bearing of South 48 degrees 17 minutes 12 seconds East, 145.00 feet to a point of reverse curve; thence southeasterly along a tangential curve which is concave to the northeast, radius of 559.11 feet, central angle of 20 degrees 16 minutes 52 seconds, 197.91 feet; thence South 56 degrees 08 minutes 34 seconds East, tangent to last described curve, 75.32 feet to the southerly line of Parcel 6 of DAKOTA COUNTY ROAD RIGHT OF WAY MAP NO. 67, according to the recorded map thereof; Thence North 53 degrees 00 minutes 32 seconds East along the southerly line of said Parcel 6 a dis- tance of 285.08 feet; thence North 53 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds East along the southerly line of Parcel 6 a distance of 341.12 feet to its intersection with a westerly line of said Outlot E and its southeasterly extension, said line bears South 36 degrees 53 minutes 43 seconds East from the point of beginning; thence North 36 degrees 53 minutes 43 seconds West along said westerly line of Outlot E and its southeast- erly extension, 405.83 feet to the point of begin- ning. SECTION 2.
