AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-7, High
Density Residential District to R-1, Low Density Single Family Residential
District the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota
County, Minnesota:
.That part of Government Lot 3, Section 13, Township 414, Range 21
and of Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, (platted within Sections 13, 14, 23, and 24,
said Township and Range) PARK RIDGE ESTATES, according to the
recorded plat thereof,. which lies westerly of the westerly right-of-way
line of Interstate Highway 35 and which lies northerly of Lake Marion.
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to
show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the
zoning map on file in the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the
rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations,
references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by
reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 3rd day of November, 1997.

BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE
The City Council of the City of Lakeville or-
dains:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 167 is hereby
amended to rezone from R-7, High Density Resi-
dential District to R-1, Low Density Single Family
Residential District the following described land
located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County,
Minnesota:
