RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISIONS TO THE EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK
FOR ALL POSITIONS WITH THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE EXCEPT
NON-EXEMPT POSITIONS WITH THE LIQUOR STORES
WHEREAS, the City Council has, from time to time, established by resolution
the conditions and employment benefits for employees of the City of Lakeville; and.
WHEREAS, the City Council believes it to be appropriate to review and revise
the handbook, which includes the employee relations, general policies, work
scheduling/time records policies, employment. benefits, and post employment programs
that provide a more clear understanding for both the Employer and Employee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lakeville:

APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville,
