HomeMy WebLinkAbout0618 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. his AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING MANUFACTURED HOME PARKS AS CONDITIONAL USES IN THE CITY'S R-4, R-S, R-6, R-7 AND R-B ZONING DISTRICTS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 11-8-13 (Single-Family Dwellings) of the Lakeville Zoning Ordinance is revised to read as follows: 11-8-13: SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS: All single-family detached homes except in the R-MH District and in approved manufactured home parks shall Section 2. .Section 11-28-4 of the Lakeville Zoning Ordinance (R-4 District Conditional Uses) is hereby amended to add the following; Manufactured home parks, provided that: A. The minimum area required. fora manufactured home .park designation shall be twenty (20) acres. B. The following minimum lot requirements within the manufactured home park are: 1. Lot Area: e. Corner - 24,000 square feet b. Interior - 20,000 square feet 2. Lot Width: a. Corner -120 feet b. Interior -100 feet C. The following principal structure setbacks are satisfactorily met: 1. Front Yard: Not less than 30 feet 2. Rear Yard: Not less than 30 feet 3. Side Yard: Not less than 15 feet on eat side nor less than 30 feet on the side yard abutting a public right of .way. D. Accessory buildings, uses and equipment comply with the applicable provisions of Section 11-6-4 of this Title. E. Except as provided in Section 11-46 of this Title (Shoreland Overlay District), the total ground area of all residential buildings shall not. exceed a lot coverage of thirty (30) percent. F. All residences be limited to a maximum height of one (1) story. G. The public improvements within manufactured home parks are developed in accordance with the City's Subdivision Ordinance, which include: 1. Street and Storm Sewer Improvements. 2. Sanitary Sewer Improvements 3. Water Improvements. 4. Public Utilities (telephone, cable, electric and/or gas service).. H. Except as specifically regulated by this Section, the provisions of Sections 11-33-4 through 11-33-7 of this Title are considered and satisfactorily met. 1. The provisions of Section 11-3-2 of this Title are considered and satis#actorily met. Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective following its passage and publication. (2) Maximum rate allowed by law for the above matter: $14.53 per column inch. (3) Rate actually charged for the above matter: $10.48 per column inch, 1st week and $9.95 per column inch, successive weeks. AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION Richard M.
