Section 3-1-7-1A of the Lakeville City code is amended in its entirety to read: A. Annual Fees: The annual. fees for licenses shall be as follows: Type of License Amount of Licen$g On-sale annual sales of $375,000 or less of alcoholic beverages $ 3,600.00 annual sales of more than $375,000 of alcoholic beverages 4,500.00 Special Club for a club with under 200 members 300.00 for a club with between 201 and. 500 members 500.00 for a club with between 501 and 1,000 members 650.00 for a club with between 1,001 and 2,000 members 800.00 for a club with between 2,001 and 4,000 members 1,000.00 for a club with between 4,001 and 6,000 members 2,000.00 for a club with over 6,000 members 3,000.00 Sunday Liquor 200.00 On-sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor 300.00 Off-.sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor 75.00 56330.03 rt o/7 5187 Type of License Amount of License Temporary 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor 50.00 Wine 500.00 Consumption and Display 300.00 Temporary Consumption and Display 25.00 Investigation Fees: Intoxicating Liquor, Special Club, Consumption and Display 500.00 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor and Wine 300.00 SECTION 2. Section 3-1-4E of the Lakeville City Code. is amended to read: E. "Consumption and Display License": Consumption and display licenses may be issued in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota .Statutes, Section 340A.414 for the consumption and display of intoxicating liquor or the serving of any liquid for the purpose of mixing with intoxicating liquor. This subsection shall not apply to any person or premises otherwise licensed by the City for the sale. of .intoxicating liquor. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective January 1, 1998.
