RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2004
SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY FUND BUDGET
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota, that the following
Surface Water Management Utility Fund Budget is hereby approved and amended for the fiscal
year ending December 31, 2004.

2004 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY SPECIAL REVENUE FUND
ADJUSTMENT
(1) Increase revenues fora $50,000 grant provided by the Metropolitan
Council Enviromental Services for an infiltration garden at Timbercrest
costing $50,000. Increase the revenues for the grant with an offsetting
increase to other charges and services.
