VACATION OF PUBLIC ROAD .RIGHT-OF-WAY AND
.DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing,.
.preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider vacating the following
described public road right-of-way and drainage and utility easements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to
vacate said public road right-of-way and drainage and utility easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council
approves the vacation of the following:

The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
County Recorder.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 6t" day of ,December 2004.

EXHIBIT A
164th Street to be vacated
That part of 164th Street West, as dedicated in Jackson's First Addition, lying west of
Jewel Avenue, as dedicated in said plat, and east of the following described line:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 11, Block 2, said Jackson's First Addition;
thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 16 minutes 31 seconds East along
the north line of said Lot 11 a distance of 245.31 feet to the point of beginning of said
.line; thence northerly along a nontan~erttial curve caneave to the west having a radius
of -60.00 feet to the center line. of said 164th-Street West and there terminating. The
center of said curve bears North 78 degrees 12 minutes: 41 seconds West from said
point of beginning.
Jewel Avenue to be vacated
That part of Jewel Avenue, as dedicated in Jackson's First Addition, lying between the
easterly extensions of the south line of Lot 10, Block 2, said Jackson's First Addition,
and the center line of 164th Street West, as dedicated in said Jackson's First Addition.
Utility and Drainage Easement to be vacated
The South 5 feet of Lots 10 and 11, Block 2, Jackson's First Addition..
