RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND
FINAL PLAT OF KENRICK POND
WHEREAS, the owner of the plat described as KENRICK POND has
requested preliminary and final .plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the .preliminary and final plat was reviewed by the Planning
Commission anal the Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources Committee; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary and final plat is acceptable to the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The preliminary and final plat of .KENRICK POND is .hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby .directed to sign thedevelopment
contract and the final plat mylars.
3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution along
with the final plat with the .Dakota County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6t" day of December 2004.
