RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM
ROST/ CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR LAKEVILLE AREA ARTS CENTER
"WALKWAY TO THE ARTS" PAVER PROJECT
WHEREAS, Rosti Construction, Inc. has offered to .donate site grading and
installation of pavers valued at $16,000 to the City of Lakeville for the Lakeville Area
Arts Center"Walkway to the Arts" project; and
WHEREAS, Rosti Construction, Inc. has offered to transfer. full rights of
ownership of the donation of site grading and installation of pavers #o the City of
.Lakeville with no conditions or reservations; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of
real or personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the
governing body...
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lakeville that the donation of site grading and installation of pavers from Rosti
Construction, Inc. is hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lakeville sincerely thanks Rosti
Construction, Inc. for this donation.
