RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PLACEMENT OF
AN ALL WAY STOP CONTROL AT THE INTERSECTION OF
162"d STREET, GANNON AVENUE, AND GLADIOLA AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Lakeville, in accordance with Minnesota
State Statue, is authorized to designate and place traffic control devices on city roads for the
purpose of regulating traffic, and
WHEREAS, the intersection of 162nd Street and Gannon Avenue includes Gladiola
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the intersection meets the minimum warrants for installation of an all
way stop control as established in the Residential Street All-Way Stop Control Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that an all way stop control be placed at
the intersection of 162nd Street, Gannon Avenue, and Gladiola Avenue and that the
intersection be appropriately marked as an all way stop.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this isrn day of October , 2004 by the
City Council of the City of Lakeville.
