AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CLTY OF LAKEVfLLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from B-4, General
Business District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District the following
described land located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota:
(see attached Exhibit A)
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall .not be republished to
show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the
zoning map on file in the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the
.rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations,
references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by
reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, publication, and
recording of the final plat of Heritage Square Addition.
Adopted. by the Lakeville City Council this 21st day of July, 1997.

Beginning at the northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 18

BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE-
VILLE ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 167 is hereby
amended to rezone from B4, General Business Dis-
trict to PUD, Planned Unit Development District
the following described land located within the City
of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota:

That part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter and that part of Northeast
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, both in Sec-
tion 29, Township 114, Range 20, described as
follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said
Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter;
thence South 00 degrees 18 minutes 32 seconds
West, assumed bearing along the east line of
said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quar-
ter, a distance of 518.24 feet; thence North 89
degrees 17 minutes 31 seconds West, a distance
of 311.97 feet, thence northwesterly, along a
tangential curve concave to the northeast, hav-
ing a central angle of 40 degrees 10 minutes 12
seconds and a radius of 250.00 feet, for an arc
distance of 175.27 feet; thence northwesterly
along a reverse curve concave to the southwest,
having a central angle of 13 degrees 30 minutes
11 seconds and a radius of 800.00 feet, for an arc
distance of 188.54 feet; thence southwesterly
along a compound curve concave to the south,

ning.
SECTION Z. The zoning map of the City of
Lakeville shall not be republished to show the
aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appro-
priately mark the zoning map on file in the City
Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the re-
zoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance,
and all of the notations, references and other infor-
mation shown thereon are hereby incorporated by
reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective
upon its passage, publication, and recording of the
final plat of Heritage Square Addition.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 21st
day of July, 1997.
