RESOLUTION FOR VACATION OF ROAD RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing,
preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider vacating the following
described road right of way; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has. determined that it is in the public interest to
vacate said road right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The following Italy Avenue and 201St Street right of way is hereby vacated:
..That part of 201St Street West and Italy Avenue lying westerly of the southerly
extension of the east line of the north 147 feet of Lot 1, Block N, LENIHAN'S
LOTS, ANTLERS PARK, Dakota County, Minnesota, according to the
recorded plat thereof, and lying northerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the intersection of the south line of the north 98 feet of said
Lot 1 and the east line of the north 147 feet of said Lot 1; thence South 00
.degrees 17 minutes 58 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the said east
line a distance of 160.99 feet to the northerly intersection of Block O of said
LENIHAN'S LOTS, ANTLERS PARK and the southerly extension of said east
line, said intersection also being the point of beginning of the line to be
described;. thence southwesterly a distance of 34.05 feet along said Block O
along anon-tangential curve concave to the southeast having a radius of

40.00 feet, a central angle of 48 degrees 46 minutes 02 seconds, and a chord
bearing of South 66 degrees 30 minutes 01 seconds West; thence North 80
degrees 57 minutes 43 seconds West a distance of 19.76 feet; thence North
74 degrees 47 minutes 17 seconds West a distance of 43.22 feet; thence
South 88 degrees 10 minutes 11 seconds West a distance of 28.58 feet;
thence North 40 degrees 01 minutes 23 seconds West a distance of 25.23
feet to the south line of said Lot 1 and said line there terminating.
2. The City Clerk is directed. to file a certified copy of this resolution with
the Dakota County Recorder.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 7th day of September, 2004.
