AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-2, Single
Family Residential District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District the
following described land .located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County,
Minnesota
(see attached Exhibit A)
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to
show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the
zoning map on file in the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the
rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations,
references and other information. shown thereon are hereby incorporated by
reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall beeffective upon its passage, publication, and
recording of the final plat of Town and Country Estates.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 18th day of August, 1997,

The Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 6, Township 114, Range
20, except the North 658 feet, and except that part described. as commencing at the
Southeast corner of the Northwest quarter, thence West along the South line 535.64
feet to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence continuing West
along the South line 270 feet; thence deflect 90 degrees to the right and North 217
feet; thence deflect 90 degrees to the right and east 270 feet; thence deflect 90
degrees to the right and South 217 feet to the point of beginning.
The North 658 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, Township
I14, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section I,. Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended
to rezone from R-2, Single Family Residential Dis-

the following described land located within the City
of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota:
