AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
t' n 1. Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-7, High
Density Residential District to R-2,: Single Family Residential District and B-2,
Retail Business District the following described land located within the City of
Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota:
Lot 1, Block 1, Hosanna Addition (Land being rezoned from R-7 to R-2)
Outlot A, Hosanna Addition (Land being rezoned from R-7 to 8-2)
Secti n .The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to
show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the
zoning map on file in the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the
rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations,
references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by
reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 4th day of March, 1996.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 167 BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1,Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended
to rezone from R-7, High Density Residential Dis-
trict to R-2, Single Family Residential District and
B-2, Retail Business District the following described
land located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota
County, Minnesota:
Lot 1, Block 1, Hosanna Addition (Land
being rezoned from R-7 to R-2)

rezoned from R-7 to B-2).
Section 2 The zoning map of the City of
