HomeMy WebLinkAbout0578 ORDINANCE NO. 578 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 167 BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-2, Single Family Residential District to B-3, Auto Oriented Business District the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota: That part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota,. lying east of a line drawn parallel with and 524.00 feet east of the west line of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33 which lies north of the centerline of State Highway 50 and west of the west boundary of Cedar Avenue, except the north 273.42 feet of the west 230.40 feet thereof. Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown .thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained. into an ordinance this 20th day of May, 19.96.
