RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION VACATING
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded by two (2)
weeks published notice, to consider the following described easement vacation, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to approve the
easement vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The following :public .drainage and utility easements situated in bakota County,
Minnesota and legally described as follows are herebyvacated:
The drainage and utility easement over Outlot A, Anderson Century farm Second
Addition.
AND
• The drainage and utility easement over Lot 1, Block 5, Anderson Century Farm Second
Addition except for .the portion described as follows: the northerly ten (10) feet, the

easterly five (5) feet, the southerly ten (10) feet and the westerly five (5) feet of Lot 1,
Block 5, Anderson Century Farm Second Addition.
AND
The drainage and utility easement over Lot 18, Block 5, Anderson Century Farm Second
Addition except for the portion described as follows: the northerly five (5) feet bearing N
51° 43'15" E, the easterly ten (10) feet bearing N 51° 43'15" W, the southerly five (5)
feet bearing N 64° 5752" E and the westerly ten (10) feet adjacent to the 178th Street
right-of--way.
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota
County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2003.
