HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 06.gOverview December 16, 2010 Item No. RENEWAL OF MECHANICAL AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSES Proposed Action Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Renewal of mechanical amusement device licenses for 2011. Passage of this motion will result in continued operation of mechanical amusement devices at various locations throughout the city. City Code 3- 12 -2 -1 states, "No person shall keep, operate, maintain or permit to be operated or maintained upon premises within his direct or indirect control a mechanical amusement device without having first procured a license therefore from the City." The following establishments and vending companies have requested mechanical amusement device licenses for the year ending December 31, 2011.
